Perhaps you were a wife and mother, and a divorce, along with an empty nest, has left you wondering who you are. Maybe you’ve exited your company and have financial freedom but little direction.  Or you gave your life to a company or business for years and now find yourself wondering what your next step should be. Maybe you know where you want to go, but you have obstacles or mental blocks that keep getting in your way.  If life changes have you feeling stuck or wondering what your direction should be, I can help you get clarity. Together, we can craft a plan to move you forward in a life that aligns with who you are today.  I offer private coaching via Zoom or telephone call. My fee is US$2000 for four 50-minute one-on-one coaching sessions over the month, and I work over Zoom or phone. In between, we will be in touch via voice note, email or text as we work your plan. Most clients work with me weekly for three months and we focus on action and results. Most clients typically come away from this process feeling calmer and more clear-headed about their lives. They feel a sense of support and accountability during our work.. I have an MBA and teach Critical Thinking and The Art and Science of Success at the University of Toronto. I’m a trained divorce coach, Certified Business and Entrepreneurship Coach, Certified Master Life Coach, and Transition and Recovery Coach™. I am certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator®. I draw on an extensive toolkit of trauma-informed Trauma of Money® coaching techniques to help you feel prepared and grounded.
